These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the use of the website www.aceitesvallejo.com (hereinafter "the Website"), of which Emilio Vallejo, S.A. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) with VAT number A23050057 and address at Carretera de Martos, s/n, Torredonjimeno (Jaén) is the owner.

Through its website www.aceitesvallejo.com, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, persons wishing to benefit from its services must have the status of "Client", which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that THE COMPANY subsequently communicates via email. The condition of Client implies adherence to the Conditions of Sale and Legal Notice in the version published at the time of accessing the Website.

In terms of procedure and conditions of purchase, we abide by the provisions of RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users and other applicable legislation concerning pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal, the general conditions of contract, and the possibility for the consumer to make complaints and claims.

Buying in Aceites Vallejo is very simple, you only have to choose an article, add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the icon and repeat this same operation for those articles you wish. This step is completely reversible, and if you change your mind, you can delete the product just as easily or even modify the quantities of the selected products.

You can pay for your purchases:

Online payment (the fastest option)

By credit or debit card using the bank's secure payment gateway or PayPal. None of the data you provide during the payment process will be available to us, you will operate privately with the bank and only when you finish operating with the bank, it will send us a message of conformity so that we can continue processing the purchase.

Bank transfer

If you choose this option, we will provide you with our bank details and the details of your purchase so that you can make a deposit or bank transfer. Once the payment has been made, so that we can verify it quickly, you can send us a bank receipt by e-mail to tienda@aceitesvallejo.com or by fax to the number Nº 953 57 27 93. Please indicate the order number in the remarks of the transfer. The order will be dispatched as soon as we have verified the payment.

Taxes

Residents of the European Union.

The prices of the products on sale in our e-commerce shop include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Residents in non-EU countries.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will be exempt from paying V.A.T. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

We remind you that the prices indicated for shipping costs do not include import taxes (tariffs), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the goods.

Methods of payment

Online payment

PayPal

By using the PayPal payment method, you will be using PayPal's own secure payment platform, so your data will be safe at all times. Once you have finished making your PayPal payment you will return to our website with the summary of your order.

Bank transfer

If you choose this option, please deposit the amount of the order in the account that we will provide you with at the end of the purchase. Once you have made the payment, please send proof of payment by email to tienda@aceitesvallejo.com. Please, when making the payment in your bank, ask for the order number to be detailed in the payer. As soon as the bank confirms the payment, your order will leave our premises.

Formalisation of orders

Once the order has been formalised, that is to say, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Sale and the confirmation of the purchase process, THE COMPANY will always send an email to the CLIENT confirming the details of the purchase made.

Cancellation of orders

THE COMPANY will accept order cancellations when they are requested before the order is shipped. To make the cancellation you must request it through the contact form on our website or by sending an e-mail to tienda@aceitesvallejo.com.

Shipping system

National shipments are made to the Peninsula. If you wish to place an order to a destination other than the Peninsula, please contact us.

The shipment of your order is free and will be made by national transport company.

The maximum delivery time for your order is 10 calendar days from the receipt of the payment of the order.

We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by courier services.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the purchase. In this case, he/she will contact the company by e-mail at tienda@aceitesvallejo.com informing of the return and the reasons for it.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised if one of the following situations occurs:

a) If the product purchased does not satisfy the user. If the return is made within the aforementioned period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging. In this case, the shipping costs and the cost of returning the order will be borne by the customer.

b) When the products are defective. In this case, it will be necessary to have reliable evidence of the poor condition of the product. The company will collect the defective product and send the product back to the user at no additional cost. It will be the company who will pay the amount of the order once it has verified that the goods meet the above conditions.

c) In the event that the defect is due to a transport incident, the customer must check the package upon receipt and note on the carrier's delivery note any reservations in the event of shortage or deterioration.

In the event of declaration of the State of Alarm, the aforementioned period shall be interrupted.

Invalidity

In the event that any clause of these Conditions of Sale is declared null and void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Conditions of Sale. THE COMPANY may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall in no case imply the waiver of the same unless expressly acknowledged by THE COMPANY or the statute of limitations of the corresponding action in each case.

Modification of the conditions of sale

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these General Conditions. Therefore, THE COMPANY recommends the Client to read them carefully each time he/she accesses the Website. Customers and Users will always have these Conditions of Sale in a visible place, freely accessible for any queries they may wish to make. In any case, the acceptance of the Conditions of Sale will be a prior and indispensable step to the acquisition of any product available through the Website.

Applicable law and arbitration

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. To resolve any dispute or conflict arising from these Conditions of Sale, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Jaén. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish law, the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall have jurisdiction for any questions that may arise in relation to these Conditions of Sale, in accordance with article 52 of the Law of Civil Procedure or substitute regulation applicable at any given time.
