Refunds

The user can send back his/her purchase within the period of 7 working days after the reception of the goods. In this case please contact our company by email at tienda@aceitesvallejo.com reporting about the return and reasons for this.

You can use your right of desisting if one of these situations happens:

a) If the product purchased does not satisfy the user. Returning the order in the period mentioned previously, the order will be returned with all the products, in the original packaging and seals unbroken, with all the accesories and perfect state. No return of goods will be accepted when they don't come in the original packaging. In this case, the shipping cost and refund will be under the client's responsibility.

b) When the product is defective. In this case, actual facts of the bad state of the product will be necesary. The company will pick up the defective product and will send the new product to the customer with no additional cost. The company will refund the cost of the order once the goods have been proved to be defective under the circumstances displayed previously.

c) In case the defect comes by an incident during the transport, the client must check the package at the moment of reception and state any defect or degradation in the delivery transport note.
